# How can I troubleshoot Verv devices using LED status indicators?

LED activity on Verv Connect devices provides important diagnostics for installation, onboarding, and connectivity status. Use the table below to identify what each LED behaviour means:

| **LED Activity** | **Flash duration** | **Description** | **Verv Connect Device** |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Flashing Red | 150ms | Bootup sequence | Single & three phase |
| Solid Red | - | Relay off | Single phase |
| Flashing Green | 150ms | Touch sensor activated | Three phase |
| Flashing Purple  | 300ms | Scanning for WiFi network | Single & three phase |
| Solid Purple | - | Connected with WiFi network | Single & three phase |
| Solid White | - | Connected with AWS server | Single & three phase |
| Flashing Yellow | 300ms | The unit has entered fleet provisioning mode | Single & three phase (new firmware) |
| Flashing Blue | 150ms | Bluetooth mode | Single & three phase |
| Flashing Red, Blue, Green & Red | 200ms | Sd card not detected  | Single & three phase |
| Flashing Red & Blue | - | Firmware OTA upgrade | Single & three phase |
