What are the network specifications required for Verv devices?

To ensure a reliable connection and successful onboarding, Verv devices must meet the following network requirements:

Supported Network Protocols & Features

• Operates on WPA2-PSK WiFi security protocol
• Supports 2.4GHz WiFi band only
• Uses Bluetooth for initial device discovery and pairing

WiFi Router Requirements

• Compatible with 4G, and 5G WiFi routers
• SSID and password are both required during the onboarding process
• Maximum length for both SSID and password is 64 characters

Note: Ensure the SSID is broadcast and the router signal is strong at the device location to avoid connectivity issues during setup.
