How can onboarding technicians troubleshoot issues during Verv device setup?

If you experience problems during onboarding, follow these steps based on the specific symptom:


Touch Sensor Not Working

  • If the touch sensor is unresponsive,
    Contact the Verv technical support team for further diagnosis.


Device Not Appearing in Bluetooth Scan

  • Step 1: Ensure your mobile device's Bluetooth is turned on.

  • Step 2: Scan for new devices and look for the Verv device’s serial number in the list.

  • If the serial number appears:
    → Take a screenshot and contact Verv technical support.

  • If the serial number does NOT appear:
    → Check if the device is flashing blue. This indicates it's in pairing mode.
