How do I set up my Verv portal account?

This article is a step-by-step guide for creating your Verv portal account and logging in.

1. Accessing the Main Login Page

  • Visit the Login Page:
    • Navigate to the main login page where you can enter your email address or username and password.

2. Creating a New Account

  • Sign Up Link:

    • If you don't have an account, click the sign-up link at the bottom of the login page.
  • Enter Your Details:

    • Fill in your first name and last name.
    • Optionally, enter the postcode and building number associated with your organisation.
    • Choose an email address or username and create a password for your profile.
  • Agree to Terms and Conditions:

    • Review and agree to the terms and conditions before signing up.
  • Account Activation:

    • After signing up, note that no devices will be displayed on your portal initially. We need to associate your devices with your new account first.

3. Logging In

  • Return to Login Page:
    • After creating your account, go back to the main login page.
  • Enter Credentials:
